When Columbia needed to mobilize its entire university community around a single public health message at the start of COVID-19, University Life led the charge, across 16 schools, with no precedent and no time.

As Marketing and Communications Manager, I led the strategy and coordinated a cross-functional effort spanning communications teams across every school — aligning messaging, social content, video production, website, and physical signage across two campuses into one cohesive campaign.

The result was a unified, student-centered campaign that gave a more than 35,000-person university community a shared language for an unprecedented moment.
