Asphalt Green needed to grow individual giving, deepen awareness of their free community programs, and strengthen corporate relationships, all while producing large-scale events that demonstrated the impact of that generosity in real time.
As part of the development team and working closely with marketing, I led fundraising communications across galas, community events of 1,000+, large-scale corporate volunteer activations and year-end campaigns. I also produced a 12-part video content series deployed across social platforms and live events.
The result was double-digit fundraising growth across every campaign I managed, averaging $100K annually — including the first-ever gala to break $1 million.
