When one of the nation's most influential health foundations committed to becoming an equity-led organization, its leadership had to do more than repeat promises. It had to use its own platforms to model the truth, repair and accountability promised by the organization.
Over two years with the Foundation, I worked alongside a senior team to develop individual executive voice platforms and thought leadership strategies for three senior leaders — including the President/CEO and Vice President — translating a complex institutional evolution into a credible, consistent public presence.
The work also included designing an enterprise-level narrative architecture anchoring the Foundation's multi-year strategic direction, ensuring every leadership communication aligned with the organization's repositioning across internal and external channels.
